Service, Warranty and Maintenance Contracts

Service:

During warranty the services are offered free of charge and spares are replaced free of charge if there is any manufacturing defect. When the instruments are mishandled, physically damaged or service done by third party, spares will be charged, however we don’t charge for the repair charges. If the machine needs to be sent to our factory for repair the transports charges will be collected from the customer.

Warranty

All the electronic products distributed by DFCI Pvt Ltd are warranted for one year from the date of invoice. All accessories including battery come with manufacturer warranty of 6 months.

To avail warranty benefit, end-customers shall register their purchase with us. In case, the end users do not register their products with us, they must present the Unit Serial number and the Invoice details to our customer service team for breakdown support

Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts

At DFCI Pvt Ltd, all business functions are focused towards maximizing customer satisfaction. As a company, we understand the importance of product sustainability, buyer-seller experience, after-sales support and value added services as a pre-requisite to gain and maintain customers. Company offers an elaborate portfolio of customer services.

Our company offers Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (Parts + Labour Contracts) to our customers. The CMC Contract includes Preventive Maintenance, 72-Hr Downtime Repairs, Standby Support, Warranty Services and Parts Availability Services.

With CMC Contracts, our users can avail exciting discounts on accessories and consumables. Periodic Calibration of our devices is advised and we offer good discount for the clients who avail CMC contracts. For some products we recommend yearly calibration. Please check with our Customer Care division for more details.

Annual Maintenance Contracts

Our company offers Annual Maintenance Contracts (Labour Contracts) to our customers. The AMC Contract includes Preventive Maintenance, Equipment Breakdown Repair Services and Parts Availability Services.

With AMC Contracts, our users can avail exciting discounts on spares, accessories and consumables. Periodic Calibration of our devices is must and we offer good discount for the clients who avail AMC contracts.

Product Training:

We while installing the instruments offer a free training to your staff about the product and its use. They are also trained to use the instruments effectively to get proper patient reports. During warranty period we offer 2 such training free of cost and additional training are offered on a nominal charge.

Customers who are with AMC and CMC are also offered free training during our preventive service visit.
